The Glenwild community within Park City, Utah, refers to a large area that stretches from the Glenwild Country Club to the Jordanelle Reservoir and is home to some of the newest developments in Park City. The community is a private, gated community that lies on the Glenwild Country Club grounds, the golf club that has been rated the No. 1 course in Utah for five of the most recent six years. 

The golf course community is home to a restaurant and country club area that offers majestic views of the city's ski slopes. There are about 300 single-family home lots on the course, and about half of those are either finished or undergoing construction. Subdivisions here include: Glenwild, The Preserve, Stagecoach Estates, Pine Meadows, Goshawk Ranch and Silver Creek. Average home prices tend to be in the $1 million to $2 million range, though the range does run from as little as around $250,000 to as much as $7 million

The community is located within the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. Downtown Park City is easily reachable from here via a free city bus system. The city is a popular tourist destination and there is never a dull moment to be had. There are several annual events, from the world-famous Sundance Film Festival to smaller local events like the two-week long Winterfest, an arts festival and jazz festival. 

Park City is famous for being home to three of the nation's top ski resorts, which bring in thousands of tourists annually, with the tourist population at many times outnumbering the local, full-time population of around 7,500. The area's downtown is thriving, full of shops, galleries and restaurants, and with more bars per capita than any other city in the state, there's sure to be something for everyone here.
