Jeremy Ranch is a community in Park City, Utah's, northwestern area, located on the outskirts of the city near to Interstate-80. It offers probably the fastest connection to Salt Lake City of any of Park City's neighborhoods and is thus popular with those who must commute to Salt Lake for work, school or other reasons. The community is also close to several of the area's schools, making it popular with families with children. 

The community surrounds the Jeremy Ranch Golf Course, designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer. Real estate properties include single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Subdivisions include Back Nine, Creek View Estates, Hidden Cove, Jeremy Cove, Jeremy Point, Moose Hollow, South Ridge, Sunrise Hills and The Trails @ Jeremy Ranch. Condo and/or townhome subdivisions include Canyon Links, Circle J Club, Jeremy Ranch Club, Jeremy Woods and The Overlook @ Jeremy Ranch. Homes range from high $300,000s to nearly $3 million, with average prices around $750,000, while condos range from a quarter-million to $1 million, with most near the $500,000 range.

Jeremy Ranch is located within the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. It's within just minutes of Park City's downtown area, a thriving scene full of  stores, restaurants, bars and nightlife and art galleries. The downtown area can be reached via the city's complimentary bus system. Pinebrook is also just minutes away from the world-class skiing that can be found at any of Park City's three major well known ski resorts, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons Resort.

Park City is also well known as being home to the country's largest independent film festival, the Sundance Film Festival, where many independent film have been discovered and thus achieved commercial success. For recreational purposes, the city is home to a skate park, ice skating arena, racquet club with two pools, tennis courts, and youth and adult recreational programs and clubs. In January, the city celebrates a two-week long Winterfest, with concerts, winter sports competitions, fireworks and an ice sculpture competition.
