A popular neighborhood with mid-range priced homes, Kimball Junction is a community within Park City, Utah, that lies at the crossroads of Highways 80 and 224, giving the area an outlook over all three of the city's world-class ski resorts, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and The Canyons Resort. 

Kimball Junction is one of the larger communities in Park City, with its own village and commercial area, Redstone, featuring shops, a cinema, restaurants and bars. The Newpark Hotel lies here as well and development is currently undergoing in the area surrounding it. The neighborhood is also home to the popular shopping destination, Tangier Outlet Mall, and the Newpark Field House, an indoor stadium where soccer, lacrosse and other field sports can be played during winter. The Swaner Nature Preserve is nearby, providing excellent access to open space.

The community is located within the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. Downtown Park City is easily reachable from here via a free city bus system. The city is a popular tourist destination and there is never a dull moment to be had. There are several annual events, from the world-famous Sundance Film Festival to smaller local events like the two-week long Winterfest, an arts festival and jazz festival.
