Olympic Park Real Estate Information

The Olympic Park area of Park City, Utah, is considered the area in the city around the Olympic Sports Park base. This area was home to many of the events in the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games, including jumping events, bobsled, luge and skeleton events. The area is located just about 30 miles south of Salt Lake City and is easily reachable from the airport. 

Condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes are all available in the Olympic Park area. Bear Hollow and the Cove at Sun Peak are two planned communities here that offer all three options. The Lodges at Bear Hollow Village subdivision is expected to be completed soon. 

The community's south side is home to mostly single-family homes and some vacant land and includes a clubhouse with pool and tennis. Subdivisions located in the neighborhood's south side include: Mahogany Hills, Cedar Draw, Willow Draw Cottages, and Sun Peak. Homes here range from a little under $500,000 to nearly $3 million, while condos range from $150,000 to $650,000. 

The area is located within easy distance of Park City's Main Street and downtown area, which if full of shopping, restaurants, bars and galleries. It can be accessed via a free city bus system. Children living here are served by the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. Park City hosts a number of noted events throughout the year, from the internationally renowned Sundance Film Festival to smaller events like an art fest, a jazz fest, and a two-week long Winterfest in January.
