Silver Creek Real Estate Information

The Silver Creek neighborhood is an enclave of Utah's renowned Park City ski city. It lies in an open meadow, giving most of the homes in the area breathtaking views of some parts of the city's three snow-covered ski slopes. Many of the homes sit on large lots, and several are fit to raise horses. Likewise, many of the roads in the neighborhood are unpaved so as to allow horseback riding access. 

Silver Creek can be accessed via the crossroads of Highways 40 and 80. There are only homes here and no condos, with average home prices tending to be in the $1 million to $2 million range, though the range does run from as little as around $250,000 to as much as $7 million

Park City is famous for being home to three of the nation's top ski resorts, which bring in thousands of tourists annually, with the tourist population regularly outnumbering the local, full-time population of around 7,500. The community is located within the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. 

Downtown Park City is easily reachable from here via a free city bus system. and is a thriving area, full of shops, galleries and restaurants, and with more bars per capita than any other city in the state, there's sure to be something for everyone here.  There are several annual events, from the world-famous Sundance Film Festival to smaller local events like the two-week long Winterfest, an arts festival and jazz festival.
