Silver Springs Real Estate Information

One of the many desirable communities in Park City, Utah, Silver Springs lies between Park City and its exit off Interstate 80 in an area commonly locally referred to as the Snyderville Basin. The area's real estate properties are diverse, with single-family homes, condos and new developments dotting the grounds. 

Residents of the Silver Springs area often choose this neighborhood for its location near to the newly built Trailside Park, a recently constructed and opened elementary school, Round Valley trails and the Swaner Memorial Park & Nature Preserve. It is also located near to the  Summit County Library. The area has seen a boom in growth over the past several years. 

Other areas near to or within Silver Springs include Ranch Place, Northshore, Snyder's Mill and Willow Creek. Most of the properties here lie on relatively flat land rather than on mountainous peaks. Homes range from $400,000 to $1.35 million, and condos range from $285,000 to $550,000. Average homes sold are in the $700,000 range while average condos sold fetch prices in the $300,000 range. 

The area is located within easy distance of Park City's Main Street and downtown area, which if full of shopping, restaurants, bars and galleries and can be accessed via a free city bus system. Children living here are served by the Park City School District with four elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. Park City hosts a number of noted events throughout the year, from the internationally renowned Sundance Film Festival to smaller events like an art fest, a jazz fest, and a two-week long Winterfest in January.
